30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Rox Teddy, operated by Altus Entertainment LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to Request a Refund
All payments for Rox Teddy subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net, locate the order using your email address and order number (found in the receipt Paddle emailed you), and submit a refund request.
- Or contact us through the Support section of the Service and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current billing period.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to make, contact us or Paddle promptly and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the charge, subject to applicable law.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may delay the resolution of your request.
