4. Location Data

Our Service includes optional GPS-based timekeeping features. Location data is only collected when you actively use clock-in/clock-out functionality and grant location permission. Location data is used solely for attendance verification and is not tracked continuously.

You can disable location services at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain timekeeping features.

5. Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Employers/Schedulers: Performer information is shared with authorized administrators who manage scheduling for your engagements
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery)
  • Merchant of Record (Paddle): We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record to process subscription payments. Paddle receives the personal and billing information necessary to process your order, manage your subscription, calculate and remit applicable taxes, issue invoices and refunds, and prevent fraud (for example: name, email address, billing address, payment method details, and transaction history). Paddle processes this data as an independent controller in accordance with its own Privacy Notice.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5a. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Primas Group (Rox Teddy), we collect and process the following mobile information:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Opt-in status, date, and method of consent
  • Message content, delivery status, and timestamps
  • Carrier information necessary for message delivery

SMS messages are sent solely for operational purposes related to your scheduling activity (schedule changes, call-time alerts, check-in links, shift offers, confirmations, and account-related notifications).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of these services (for example, SMS aggregators and telecommunications carriers) is permitted strictly to deliver the messages you have requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account. For help, reply HELP or contact support.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
